Registration
Registration fee is 60 euros.
Registration will proceed in two steps.
Step 1: Pre-Registration
- Go to the registration web site...
- Select your language (either English or French)
- Select the TRASP2013 conference (at the bottom of the list)
- Fill in the proposed form
- Wait until your pre-registration is validated by our services.
Please note that validation of your pre-registration may take a few minutes or several days, depending on when you register (faster on open week days). When your pre-registration is validated, you receive a confirmation email indicating the link to the CNRS web site for confirmation of your registration and payment by credit card. You then go to Step 2.
Step 2: Confirmation of registration (only when your pre-registration is validated)
- This is an important step, since it ensures that your are registered and that we have your complete information.
- Please proceed by clicking on the link indicated in your pre-registration confirmation email and fill in the different sections
- You will be asked to enter your credit card information. When the procedure is complete, you will receive confirmation of payment and registration
Cancellation of Participation
If you need to cancel your conference participation, please send an email, by using our contact form (Select "Registration" Subject). For cancellations received before August 20th, 2013, the registration fees will be refunded minus a 20% handling fee for administrative costs. No refund can be made for cancellations received after August 20th, 2013.
POSTER SIZE: a maximum size of A0 in portrait orientation.

TRASP will be held at the Laboratoire Parole et Langage (LPL), Aix-en-Provence (FRANCE), at walking distance from the town center.
Aix-en-Provence, often referred to as the city of a thousand fountains, lies in the south of France, a few miles north of Marseille and the Mediterranean, in the heart of a region famous for its Gallo-Roman ruins and Romanesque churches, its natural beauty, and its incomparable climate. Aix is situated at the foot of the Montagne Sainte-Victoire, the subject of many paintings by Paul Cézanne, a native of Aix.

Parking facilities: some private parking space is available at LPL. Otherwise, a paying parking is located in front of LPL (parking "Pasteur")

- The transport network of the city of Aix-en-Provence will facilitate your movements: the stops Nations and Pasteur harm the laboratory.
- The shuttles of buses Aix-en-Provence from/to station TGV (HST) of Arbois from/to Marseille-Provence airport (line 40) and Aix-en-Provence from/to Marseille (line 50) are at your disposal.
Accomodation
For those interested in attending the conference we recommend booking your hotel as soon as possible.
The conference is being held in August, which is high season for tourism in France.
