Pre-Conference registration is from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 1st , at the conference venue. There will be a cocktail reception (drinks and light snacks) during registration.

The Conference dinner will be held on the Vieux Port, at the historic Officers' Mess. The restaurant provides sweeping views of the port and city. A cocktail on the terrace is included. Please register before August 2cd, on the Registration page.

Marseille is the European Capital 2013 - be sure to make time to visit the city!

Please send an email before August 2nd, by using our contact form (Select "Conference dinner" Subject). Please register only if you are certain to attend (you will be required to pay if you register). The buffet style dinner will be held at a beautiful historic site on the old seaport, with sweeping views of the city. A cocktail reception will proceed the buffet.

Online Conference Registration will proceed in two steps.

    Step 1: Pre-Registration
  • 1) Go to http://dr12.azur-colloque.cnrs.fr/index.php
  • 2) Select your language (either English or French)
  • 3) Select the AMLAP2013 conference
  • 4) Fill in the proposed form
  • 5) Wait until your pre-registration is validated by our services
(Please note that validation of your pre-registration may take a few minutes or several days, depending on when you register (faster on open week days). When your pre-registration is validated, you receive a confirmation email indicating the link to the CNRS web site for confirmation of your registration and payment by credit card. You then go to Step 2.)
    Step 2: Confirmation of Registration (Only when your pre-registration is validated)
  • 1) This is an important step, since it ensures that your are registered and that we have your complete information.
  • 2) Please proceed by clicking on the link indicated in your pre-registration confirmation email and fill in the different sections
  • 3) You will be asked to enter your credit card information. When the procedure is complete, you will receive confirmation of payment and registration
Cancellation of Congress Participation.
If you need to cancel your conference participation, please send an email, by using our contact form (Select "Registration" Subject). For cancellations received before August 10th, 2013, the registration fees will be refunded minus a 20% handling fee for administrative costs. No refund can be made for cancellations received after August 10th, 2013.
